Test Stand & DAQ Panels
Test stand and data acquisition panels for R&D and qualification work. Clean signal paths, correct grounding, and instrumentation wiring that doesn't inject noise into your data.
Test panels fail differently from production panels: the power works and the numbers are wrong. We treat grounding and shielding as the design driver, separate instrumentation runs from power, and terminate shields at one end on purpose rather than by accident. Teams building test stands are usually working to a milestone, so these move fast and we scope them assuming the requirements will shift once you see the first data.
What's typically in one
- Thermocouple, RTD, strain gauge, and 4–20mA instrumentation conditioning
- Single-point grounding and shield termination planned, not improvised
- Segregated routing for signal, control, and power wiring
- DAQ chassis, isolators, and excitation supplies mounted and wired
- Labeled channel-to-terminal mapping that matches your test plan
Who asks us for these
- Aerospace and propulsion teams building test stands
- R&D groups instrumenting a prototype
- Manufacturers building end-of-line test fixtures
Common questions
- Can you help decide what the panel needs?
- Yes, and most test-stand customers want that. Tell us what you're measuring and controlling and we'll come back with a channel list and a concept before you commit to anything.
- How fast can a test panel ship?
- Faster than a production panel, because they're usually smaller. Milestone dates drive these projects, so tell us your date during scoping and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
