Machine & OEM Control Panels
Machine and OEM control panels built to a repeatable print. We design your panel once, document it properly, and build the same panel on every subsequent order.
The value of an OEM panel is that unit forty looks exactly like unit one. We build the first article with you, lock the schematic and BOM, and keep the revision history so a field tech opening a two-year-old machine finds the drawing that matches what's in front of them. Skid-mounted, machine-mounted, or remote-pedestal — the same program covers it, including the bracketry and disconnect placement your mechanical team needs to plan around.
What's typically in one
- First-article design with a locked schematic, layout, and BOM
- Revision-controlled documentation that ships with every unit
- Consistent component sourcing so field spares stay interchangeable
- Machine-mount, skid-mount, or free-standing configurations
- Repeat builds priced per unit once the design is set
Who asks us for these
- OEMs shipping a machine platform in volume
- Robotics companies moving from prototype to production units
- Equipment builders who want panel work off their own floor
Common questions
- Do repeat units cost less than the first one?
- Yes. The first unit carries the engineering. Once the design is locked, repeat builds are priced as a build, and we quote them per unit against your release schedule.
- Can you build to our drawings instead of designing new ones?
- Yes. Send the existing package and we'll build to it, flagging anything that would fail a UL508A inspection before we start rather than after.
- How do you handle engineering changes on a shipping product?
- Changes get a revision, the drawing set gets updated, and we tell you which serial numbers the change starts at so your field records stay accurate.
